[The last couple of weeks have been really eventful for Ragna. He died and his death penalty took away the Azure he was used to, leaving with with a worthless arm and eye. Stuff happened between himself and Noel. And he learned how to bake brownies, give or take. Given that most of this happened while Ragna was trying to hole himself up in hiding or in the house, Ragna decided that he needed to get outside and do something. Something productive. So what does he decide to do?

A night at Good Spirits.

It's kind of productive. Socially productive. Only a little bit, because he's not all that social anyway. But it's a thing he's doing, and it's taking a lot out of him given the fact that he's showing up in public with a worthless arm and eye. It shows weakness, and it's something Ragna doesn't want to broadcast to the world. But he can't hide in the house forever. Noel had been nagging him about it, and he didn't want to hear it from someone else he knows when they realize he hasn't been getting that much air. People can be annoying, gosh.

Anyway, once Ragna settles himself in the bar, he minds his own business and resigns himself to looking kind of mopey by the bar counter with a drink in hand. A light drink, because he's learned that holding his liquor is virtually impossible for him. Or maybe it was that god awful drink Nami brought him -- doesn't matter, he's sticking to the light stuff.

Come bother the guy since he's out and about for the first time, and not trying to be sneaky. But he is trying to look normal, which just makes him look weird. Like side-eying people and accidentally making faces.]

... She's ordering quite a few drinks.]

Most of the time! [... ...] N-Ninety percent of the time, you are!

[So. It's not like it's showing or anything.]

[Ragna makes a loud groan. It's totally masking an attempt to calm down.] Bullshit. When's the last time I've been angry?

Now. [Pause.] And if memory serves me correctly, last night, too!

I'm not mad right now -- [His expression falls serious. Or rather, mad.] -- or last night!

[dhfdfhd] Ragna!

[And there's her third drink...]

It's just, and was, irritation! You're beginning to piss me off with all these accusations, though!

[Has he ever seen her drink this much before? He's barely paying attention.]

F-Fffine! Be angry! See if I care!

I just said that I'm not-- [Wait a minute. Was that a slur?] ... I'm not pissed, alright?

Yes, you are! You are! [This is so horrible that now she wants to cry. WAY TO GO.] You just said so yourself!

[Great. Now he feels like an asshole. Way to keep that anger in control.]

H-Hey, I said I was getting there! I'm not there-- calm down!

[People are looking at them...]

I didn't mean to make you mad! I'm so sorry, Ragna!

I'm not mad! [NOEL NO THIS IS NOT-- NO.] I'm serious, I'm not mad! Just calm down!

Don't! [BLUBBER BLUBBER] You don't need to do that, because-- because I really am sorry!

Don't what!? [This is turning into a spectacle. Ragna rises from his seat and places a hand on Noel's shoulder for her to get up.]

I'm sorry! [He won't be needing much of an effort to pry her away; she clings to his arm. :|]

[Why was she acting like this? This never happened before whenever they had a meaningless argument, unless--

Oh great. She's drunk. She had... a number of drinks that Ragna didn't count, so he assumes it's a crappy amount. He begins to pull at her to try and lead her to the exit, hopefully not making anymore of a scene than need be.

If she can't walk on her own...]

[Well. If nearly stumbling when she's dragged to her feet is enough indication, then...]

Where're we g-going? [...] Ragna, I'm sorry...

[If this is anything like that time he had to show up to carry her home, there's no way he can manage it with one arm and an off-center sense of balance. And dragging her is out of the question.]

Quit apologizing for something you didn't do. [He wraps an arm around her and tries to lead her off to one of the stalls. At least it's a little more private, and maybe she can sober up for a bit.]

But you just said-- Just said I was making you mad! [He can try. It's not like she's going ballistic and trying to struggle away... if anything, leaning into him might not be so bad.]
