[Ragna had already returned from the dead a few days ago, opting to drag himself to the village by himself (the whole self-inflicted seclusion thing) and not trouble anyone else. He didn't want to do anything with anyone else. Not after what he remembered doing, being forced to watch as his body acted on its own, nearly killing multiple people and causing so many injuries. He nearly killed Noel, for fuck's sake. The last thing Ragna wanted was to ask for help over the journals.

Especially not in a moment of weakness. There was already someone who attempted on Noel's life after the entire Kusanagi incident last year, so the last thing Ragna needed was some jackass trying to do the same. He can't defend himself. Not with the Azure mysteriously missing. His arm wasn't working, and he could barely see out of his right eye. It was entirely gone, and it was a godsend after what happened. But he was in no shape to fight again. Not that he wanted to, anyway. He just felt all around awful about it. For once, he didn't want to fight his way through his problems.

But more like himself, he didn't want to see anyone at all. Especially Noel. He felt like he was back on his own for the first time in two years.

When he managed to make it back to his house, noticing that it was kind of... messed up, he decided to go elsewhere. There was no need to put himself in a position of being found by others easily. Ragna needed time to himself, away from the people he knew. Sure, he had to answer for what happened eventually but... no, not now. So he holed himself up in whatever free room he could find elsewhere while shit blew over, and made sure that he wouldn't be seen by anyone. Just keeping to himself.]

[Today? Ragna needs to go outside. Apparently there was some draft and some other crap that went down while he was dead, and he didn't really care about any of that. Long as no one bothered him in his angsting over what he did, then he was fine with the village being on fire for all he cared. The only things on his agenda was getting around the dame village as quietly as possible, and doing two things.

1) Getting to a few of the stores to grab supplies and, hopefully, getting back out without anyone noticing or questioning him.

2) Scouting out places he could stay if he needed to relocate from his temporary residence after returning from the dead. Plus, he wanted to check out some of the damage done to the village while he was gone.

Ragna took precautions after situations that could put himself in danger, and after Nox attacked Noel last year, he knew it was possible that he could be jumped for whatever he did as the Black Beast. Maybe the village being in disorder would help him keep his cover, or maybe it would make it worse. Either way, he had to do those two things while trying to be sneaky. And not having the use of his right arm and eye made it really difficult to navigate well.

He just hoped that if he ran into anyone while doing those two things, it wasn't someone he attacked.]

[Yeahhh, good luck with that, you big jerk. Nami went by the house at the one week mark, you know. She's been looking for you. B|

...admittedly not too hard in the wake of everything else that went down and all the ongoing shit she's still wading through, but when she sees a glimpse of that head of white hair ~~and that coat if he has it~~ she veers from her path to the bar and follows him straight into the food store instead.

And then says nothing. Yet. Just watching to see what he's doing.]

[Bruce was in the grocery store today too actually. He still was a little... mentally shooken by what transpired about a week ago. He probably would be a little more introverted right now if it wasn't for the Hulk talking sense into him during the droid and shift hunter raid. The Hulk talked sense into him. That still had him a little baffled.

He spots Ragna grabbing supplies not that far from where he was right now. He doesn't quite say anything yet. He's not sure what he SHOULD say. He had seen the entry Jubei made. They were practically making a hunting pact to kill him. So he calculated he would be back around this day. Although he wasn't exactly trying his hardest to find him. So for now he's just going to kind of... stare at the guy, trying to figure out the best thing to say in his head.]

[Noel needs a little more time for herself today. Not that the Straw Hats haven't been giving her the space she needed (on the contrary, they've been... they've been great), but being able to take a small walk outside the house alone felt like an okay idea. Sol could settle with frolicking in the woods behind their house for today.

This is also the first time she's really taken a look at the village after this past week. What happened to the house she stayed at was one thing, but the whole village... the Malnosso have really done a number on it.

Her fingers absentmindedly touch the cloth bandage that covers her neck, a mostly healed wound hiding beneath it. Even if the healing magic here is amazing, and her recovery is moving at an almost frightening rate, there's still a twinge of pain she can feel when touched. A bad reminder of what happened.

...and then the other question.

Where is he?

Why hasn't he said anything? Are the Malnosso not letting him go? Should... Should she check the house to see if his belongings have vanished? The thought itself makes her feel sick.]

[And, watching Ragna as the other goes about his activities, is a familiar cat. But, the cat won't come out of the shadows. Not unless he gets spotted. After what happened with the grimoire...well he still feels pretty horrible for it all. It had to be done and there was no choice, but it still feels like a failure. Like something could have been done to prevent it.

He should talk to Ragna. But will Ragna even want to talk? For now he tentatively watches, trying to decide what to do. Though he isn't making his presence too hidden.]
